Like: Cost was good. Out of the boxe is was quality parts. Dislike: Build instructions were inadequate. Photos for assembly were dark & difficult to reference. Three individuals worked to assemble this strike. They were knowledgeable on bikes a the have ridden bikes a good part of their lives. When assembly was completed; all 3 individuals tested the bike by riding it. They all felt the etrike was wobbly & difficult to control. But, the etrike is pretty for sure. Performance of the speed was jumpy at best. Will continue testing until is settles during riding. ... show more

I returned the first trike due to FedEx shipping damage to the container; EMOJO replaced the trike in just four days, including the weekend. If this represents all their services, I would give the company ten stars. The delivery driver was from the company, and he was nominal.

The assembly instructions manual don't have much words just pictures and that too they dont match to the model of the bike you have bought.. You need to figure out on your own how to assemble the bike. Also brakes don't work properly. Getting the gears to shift was a nightmare. Couldn't get the motor to start even with a fully charged battery!!!! The seat and handle bars are not comfortable. Not easy to turn if your short (5"3 - 5"5) and the handle bar are too far away from the seat so difficult to maneuver. Overall bad buy. Issued refund and waiting for seller to email the label.
