This shed exceeded my expectations. Expect a lengthy assembly, but few roadblocks with a careful reading of the instructions. Out of the entire build I only found one problem that required extra effort: the door locks do not work with the provided screws because the screw heads are too large. I have a bench sander and was able to sand the screw heads smaller as seen in the attached photo to fit the lock. Otherwise you may need to buy different screws. For a lengthy build such as this I was surprised to only encounter that one issue. The sheet metal is thin, but adequately sturdy to do the job. The end result looks great. I added a dab of silicone over each roofing screw for extra longevity and I expect the rest of the shed to last quite a while. Also, I appreciated that they included two sets of cut resistant gloves and three good quality rubber coated wall mount hooks. ... show more

They needed to include longer screws for the roof and the instructions could use a little work. But overall if you have a little commen sense you can figure it out.

Half the time constructing this shed (Model OTO604A) was spent stripping the protective film off all the parts - probably four hours. Otherwise, easy to assemble. Box was also missing ridge (G1). No customer service to call or email for replacement part.

    • Be prepared for a headache
The media could not be loaded. A lot of corners came pretty bent and torn up but ,with a couple pairs of pliers, I bent em back to usable. The lock included is a joke. It doesn't actually lock at all. Took a couple hours to assemble even with my FIL who does construction. Looks like it should hold up for at least a couple years ... show more

If you have hours of your life to spend trying to figure out what goes where then this is for you. None of the corresponding parts match the part numbers. The bottom portion is missing the directions and photos don't coincide with the contents. Returned.

This is not a 6x4 it’s 3 ft wide not 4 ft screws don’t hole well I would recommend buying different self tapping screws

Assembly was not so hard, it took roughly 12 hours with a few breaks in between. I would say having another set of hands would maybe cut that time in half. Instructions where pretty good, with good fyi’s stating what to watch out for. My set was missing a few screws when I was down to assembling the doors, but found a few replacements from my garage. Some of the holes are not pre drilled, so having a power drill or electric screw driver is required, unless you want to muscle a bunch of screw bits into aluminum. The media could not be loaded. I bought this as a cheaper alternative to a traditional chicken coop with the idea that I could always just use it as a shed if the chicken thing is not for me. Took a few hours to put together and the directions weren’t the best but we chose to trust the process. Everyone was quite impressed with the quality when we were done. I think it will be great.
