I decided to buy this cookbook to accompany my new air fryer. When reading through the book, you will notice how simple the recipes are. No longer do I need to follow long, tedious steps. This recipes are simple and concise. I appreciate that after a long day at work! There are not any images, but I am not one to look at the images anyway, I am all about the recipes themselves. My goal has been to work on being more healthy without sacrificing the same recipes my family is used to eating. I honestly do not think that my kids have even noticed the meals I have made are no longer fried! My favorite part of this book was the desserts, even in a diet you can always use one or two desserts a week. The emeril lagasse Power Air Fryer is a fantastic tool for saving time and money while preparing tasty meals that would otherwise take hours to prepare. However, preparing the same meals every day can become monotonous. My air fryer is fantastic! Everything from reheating pizza to creating grilled cheese and everything in between can be done with it on a regular basis. The dishes are quick to prepare but employ high-quality ingredients that most people consume and have on hand, making them ideal for weeknight dinners, casual brunches, and delicious desserts. I’m such a sucker for massive cookbooks I can open up on my tablet. It makes cooking so much easier. And so does this cookbook. There are a ton of wonderful recipes in here that are clear, easy-to-follow, and delicious. My favorite is the orange-flavored cupcakes, though a lot of the breakfast recipes are giving it a run for that title. It’s so easy to put something together, stick it in the fryer, and carry on with my morning. There are also a bunch of recipes I know my kids are going to like, so I love that this is so family-friendly. I think that no matter what I want to cook or why, there’s something in here that will satisfy everyone. This is a wonderful book for beginners or folks who feel a little more confident in their skills. ... show more

I've owned an emeril lagasse Power Air Fryer for 3 years and have NEVER even opened it. I will now! This Air Fryer Cookbook makes it less intimating and tons of selections. I really have been enjoying this cookbook, so much so that I ordered another one to give a relative who loves to cook. It has lots of great recipes for healthy and delicious things to cook with an air fryer. Appetizers, breakfast & brunch, side/main dishes and desserts. Also a vegetarian section, My only complaint is that there's no index, so if I want to see if there's a recipe for cooking beets, I can't just look under "B" in the back to find it, but have to scan through all the "Vegetables" listings, which seem to be in no particular order. Nevertheless, many of these recipes are well worth searching for, and I've been using this cookbook 3 times a week or more. This book is affordable, easy to follow through, and also fun! The recipes are formatted nicely and are easy to use when matched with the Air Fryer. And although they are expertly researched, they can easily be completed by a casual chef for daily use.
