The cats are very comfortable in them. They're easy to clean, open & close w 2 main openings. It came w some stitching damage so it wasn't/isn't 1000% sturdy but the cats enjoyed them compared to the all plastic ones I have. I use 1 for our 10lbs cat & 1 bag for our 2 smaller 5 & 7lbs cats.

This is my second of this model. I had a smaller one while Pixie was a kitten. This was purchased Aug. 2019. While being stored it ends up smashed. Hard to get it to stand up on its own. Needs some kind of vertical supports. But I'm fairly happy with it. Good value for the durability.

The color and size are nice but my dog a 6 pound papipoo chewed a big hole in it after 2 weeks. It also collapsed on the sides. I had to order him a Sherpa carrier and that has been much more sturdy. No damage in a month.
