I am not even a big fan of hot dogs. But this baby's came out perfect! Juicy, but we'll done with a slight burn just like I like them! Clean up isn't too bad, definitely not a deal breaker. Yes it has a plastic door and the wire basket bun rack is flimsy. But at this price point you can't go wrong. My unit arrived with one side of the wire bun basket detached from the door. My husband bought this for me as a joke for our anniversary. I've always preferred hot dogs in the oven or from the grill and he thinks that is "high maintenance." I admit I love a RaceTrac hot dog....I'm easy like that. This are so good and the hot dogs come out perfect the buns are nice and warm. So honestly the joke is on him. I love it. Does a great job cooking the hot dogs. The bun warmer is basic, but ok. One star off for being awkward to clean, but I think making parts removable for washing would have made the machine much more expensive so it's no big deal.

This hot dog cooker works great and cooks the hot dogs to perfection. It takes 20 minutes and is so easy to clean with just the rollers on. Keep the cover opened while heat feature is on. Perfect!

The media could not be loaded. Rollers don’t even work right. They go so slow and none of the hot dogs are even rolling most of the time. When they do, only one or two will roll, you have to constantly poke it with you finger to get it rolling again.

IN the first 30 days, great, but the plastic dust cover has already broke off. Not made to dismantle and yet it has to be cleaned. Also, the heating element is taking longer. Otherwise, we love hot the hot dogs taste and the bun warmer. Just a little disappointed about this cover. So, now of course it's too late to send back. So, maybe a waste of $$ ... show more
