I was so excited to receive my product. I’m going to try to make my own foam for my coffee. I received my product within a few hours. Price was such a good deal!! It was packaged nice and nothing damaged. I really liked that it came with a stand and a small beater as well. The frother came with instructions on how to replace the beaters and how to insert the batteries, that part was really helpful. I ran into a little hiccup with the frother not working properly. They provided an email & number to text for support. I decided to text. Sherry (buisness opener) responded so quickly and she was able to help me fix the small issue. She mad it so easy. You don’t get good customer service like that often. That was a huge plus. Yea one might be like, well there was an issue so should I even buy it. Answer is yes!!! Since purchasing this I have used it almost daily. It does a nice job frothing up milk for sure. I have used both the whisk and the coil attachment. Both seem to work well. Although, the whisk attachment seems to make a mess unless you use a very deep bowl. I have been using my frothing pitchers to minimize the splatter. With a little practice, I found I can use the coil and have minimal splatter even in a shallow bowl. For scrambling eggs, the coil seems to more effective. Initially start by scrambling the whites at the top until they get frothy. Then, use the coil to break up the yolks by smashing them. The coil alone will not break the yolks. Stir them around a bit and then keep the coil towards the top and edge of the egg mixture. It will grab the eggs and get them all incorporated. You simply cannot just immerse the coil or beaters directly into the eggs. The motor will struggle and eventually you will burn it out. I also tried making some whipped cream. You have to use a similar technique and work slowly. Neither the beaters nor the coil will get you to stiff peaks. It takes forever and the motor will eventually overheat. Once it does get to a stiffer consistency, the motor does not have enough power to get to stiff peaks anyway. You could use the whisk attachment to do it by hand. What has surprised me the most is that after all that I have done, the batteries are still going strong. For the price this unit provides great value.     • Great at first, but is easy to damage
I purchased this milk frother to use for foam on top of iced coffee, etc. The first couple of times I used it, it worked great! The wand is very easy to use and had enough power to froth effectively. Washing the detachable froth head by hand is fairly difficult, but 'frothing' in a glass of soapy water makes it easier. Unfortunately, at some point during the washing process, my wand got bent just ever so slightly. The frother doesn't work well unless the wand is completely straight, so now the whole product is not as effective. ... show more

    • Stopped working after 2 1/2 mos
It worked just fine but all of the sudden one day it no longer worked. Contacted the company and they would not replace it. I see many others who will replace it if there is a problem so do your research.

Good power without draining the battery. Just one AA has lasted since I purchased months ago. It only has one high speed so watch out! I had another brand that broke twice at the place where the whisk enters the body. but this one is holding up thus far.

    • Fantastic - easy to use
It's pretty high quality, and it works exactly as expected with plenty of power. Only complaint is that it doesn't come with batteries, and loading batteries in is a little tight since there isn't much wiggle room.
