Great video capture device it gives you a good and normal 4K and also 1080 fps but when I connect my hdmi switcher it gets frozen it only works with one device connected maybe this device you can’t adapt with a diferente brand device , but so far so good , it does he’s function.

    • Trash- stopped working after 4 hours
Was working for 4 hours before the output went static yellow, upon disconnecting and trying different USB ports now the device isn't even detected. Camera works completely fine with other capture cards including a generic $30 one. Stay away from ElGato.

    • was great until it wasn't, stopped working on second use
I bought two of these for a backup to streaming and to use to get my external camera and audio to zoom, worked great, used it once and performed well, used it the second time and it failed within in an hour of set up, I had a second one and plugged it in and it worked well, one died after one use.
