My sister had told me about bamboo sheets she had gotten elsewhere for a couple hundred dollars that were cooling and she adored, so I thought why not try this for less than $30?! This blanket is remarkably soft and lightweight; it came through the wash just fine. It is much smaller than standard American bedding so measure carefully. That smaller size works well if used as a throw instead of on the bed. It is kind of a pain that you have to hang it somewhere in the shade to dry. I tumble dried my Queen size with only air (no heat) and it still shrunk :(. It is lightweight, soft and perfect for Summer. It does snag easily. However I liked it so much that I ordered another one in a size up. This blanket was nice but still to heavy for what I needed, due to wrist and shoulder surgery. I am one of those people who throw blankets off and back on 10 seconds later. Some women might relate to this. The main issue was it was to heavy for me to do that with broke wrist.
