I was a bit skeptical about this scooter at first because of the lower price, but it was in my budget range so I took a chance and it was well worth it. I've had several higher end scooters and the quality of the eco road EC6 is right up there with them. A very nice looking design with easy functions and a very smooth ride with speeds up to 19mph without hesitation. Haven't tested the full range or battery life yet, but I took it for a pretty long joy ride after full charge and still show all 5 bars. My only complaint about it is that my package was missing the bag its supposed to come with and I only got one Inter tube and it was supposed to come with two which is something that should have been quality checked, otherwise I would give this scooter a full 5 stars. Highly recommend for anyone looking for their first E scooter or anyone looking for a budget scooter for smaller commutes! UPDATE: The company reached out to me personally to address the issues I had and fix everything so I have updated my review from 4 stars to 5 because of their amazing customer service and taking care of the issue with no hesitation! ... show more

I’ve been using this electric scooter for a few months now, and overall, I’m really impressed with it! It’s a well-built scooter with good acceleration and solid mileage. When using ECO mode, you can easily get the full 15 miles of range, which is great for longer trips. On other modes, the mileage is a bit less, but it’s still more than enough for everyday use. The blinkers are a standout feature—they’re bright and very visible, which adds to the safety aspect of the scooter. That said, I did have an issue with my first scooter; after a month, the blinkers cracked. However, I contacted customer service, and they were fantastic. Thanks to the warranty, they quickly sent me a replacement scooter without any hassle. What’s even better is that my two other buddies bought the same scooters as me, and they love them too. If you're thinking about purchasing one, I highly recommend spending a bit more. For an extra $60 (or $40 with a coupon), you can get the version with 10-inch tires instead of the standard 8.5-inch. The larger tires offer better stability and a smoother ride, especially over bumps and rough surfaces. It’s definitely worth the upgrade! In the end, I’m really happy with both the scooter’s performance and the customer service. This scooter is a great price at about 198 after coupons. That's almost 400 bucks cheaper than most name brand scooters on the market. All scooters come with there flaws. Battery life on this scooter is not great but will definitely get you from point A to point B within reason. I am a college student and I can get to and from classes and back to my dorm room on a full charge with some battery left. It's good quality and has turn signals which is a nice plus in the dark. Got this for my daughter for christmas and she loves it! Works well, controls are simple and easy to operate and it is fast! Our only complaint is the bag that mounts to the front flops around a little and blocks the headlight at times.

I bought this scooter as a graduation gift for my son, so he can save gas and be able to get around on campus being a freshman. I'm am so pleased to say it's sturdy durability is worth every penny spent. The weight capacity is over 260lbs + and the speed is great. It folds very easy. He loves the turn signals, brake light and the headlights especially at night because he's visible to others. It's has way more features than then described. Battery life is long lasting. Height adjustment is good. So many good things but the best is the scooter allow my son to make it to class on time and 2 months as a college student he was just inducted in to the Honors College and has all A's I'm so proud of him and he so thankful he doesn't have to walk around campus and he said it's fun to ride with great functionality. In beginning I loved it but when I rode it a few more times I noticed the battery drains super fast within 10minutes, which sucks because it takes about 4 hours to charge, ain’t no way it should die in 10 minutes. Overall it’s a good scooter but battery life sucks.

I am giving this a 5 star review, even though our scooter stopped working after 6 months. Up until then, it worked great and our son enjoyed every minute of riding it. When it stopped working, we tried to problem solve it, but just could not get it started again. I emailed the company, and a Customer Service agent, Shy, answered my email immediately. He asked if I could send a video of what was happening with the scooter. We did, and he immediately wrote back saying that they would replace the scooter right away. We were not expecting that quick of a response, and are so grateful. Their customer service is above and beyond! ... show more

Just don't do it.. first one I got the buttons stopped working after 3 days, customer service is not great unfortunately. Second scooter worked a whole 12 hours and then quit, also came scuffed up which was disappointing because of it being a replacement. A whole 3 weeks wasted along with two scooters and 250$ I ended up judt buying a bike.. it's a better choice DO NOT BUY THIS. ITS TRASH. ITS NOT WORTH THE HASSEL AND DISSAPOINTMENT ... show more
