Did a lot of comparing and this is a good price point for the speed and distance. Shipping was expensive but the product was worth it! I could have spent more for a faster one with a longer distance but this seems to get him around pretty well. He loves his birthday present and I'm glad I got it for him. A nice way to commute in the neighborhood to the grocery and drug stores for very cheap - NO gas prices! Charges fairly quickley and has the right attributes of the front light, back brake light, and nicely lit screen. He does wish the handles were a little more padded but I got some bicycle grip tape to put on there to reduce wrist fatigue. And I got him a helmet!     • Horrible customer service- 2nd broken scooter
We bought 2 of these scooters for our kids at Christmas. One stopped working the first week. It took until February to get a replacement. Now the scooter has an error code that can’t be cleared. The company told us to take it to an auto repair shop? We have been trying to resolve this for weeks now. The company is in China and is unresponsive. Amazon hasn’t been any help either. The scooters are under warranty, but can’t get the company or Amazon to send a return label. It is maddening. Save yourself the aggravation and skip this particular scooter! UPDATE- Company is non responsive. Amazon told us to ship scooters back on our dime and they would reimburse us. $280 to ship back to the company, Amazon still has not reimbursed us, nor has the company. We are a hard working family that is out almost $1000 for our 12 and 14 year olds. Now we have no scooters and have spent $1000 on nothing. Why would I just throw $1000 away?! Shame on Amazon and this company UKYO! ... show more

Its a scooter. Got it for my teenage son to ride back and forth to school. Tires are solid and rough(no cushion), throttle is fragile, breaks are good, frame is strong, fenders break easily. Should be used by more responsible young adults.

We bought three of these for our kids ages 10, 13,15 for Christmas. They are speedy! Easy to assemble, easy to ride. They are big enough for my husband and I to ride…and we do.

This product is not good. First, arrived a week late and I’m a Prime Member. Second, didn’t hold a charge after the first day. Third, stopped turning on after the second day.     • Rough ride, but still worth the cost
I bought this thinking that the max weight was 300lbs and turns out its 264lbs., but it still works for me. Also, you can't put air in theses tires from what I can tell. They'll probably need to be completely replaced, and that brings to the next tire issue, not a very comfortable ride for adults, very bumpy. If I could buy and add better tires, and ya didn't kind of falsely advertise this scooter, then you would have gotten a 5 star rating. It doesn't have a 30 mile range. It has 18-22 mile range. In spite of everything, this seems to be a good little scooter. Fairly, lightweight and made for durability. Also, keep in mind there is no free return!!! ... show more
