I seldom write reviews, but this bike rates one. Ordered 2 bikes which arrived a week early. Fairly easy to assemble, but we still dropped them off at a bike shop to put their "blessing" on our job. 1. Assembly was fairly easy. I took my time and followed the instructions which were pretty detailed. I didn't have to use their customer support, but they have that info incase you need it. My instruction book was missing how to install the fenders and rear rack. Wasn't a big deal, just looked at picture on Amazon and was just a matter of a few screws. Not sure if I was one of the lucky ones not to encounter damaged parts, but everything was fine with my order. 2. Operation of the bike was/is easy to grasp. I am surprised of how fast it is. It does live up to what they claim it can do speed wise. I'm 200lbs and it gets up and goes. It was fully charged when I received it so I'm not sure about charging times. I have only put 3.5 miles on it so far using all modes getting a feel for it and it's still showing a full charge. So far, I'm impressed with how the bike handles. The only adjustment I had to make was with the brakes which I think most will have to do. ... show more

I have bought two of these abkut a month apart the first one I was impressed by the performance and handling. My tires went flat immediately. I changed tubes and didn’t have a problem. So I thought maybe fluke pin nail somewhere. The second bike cane and the exact thing happend. This the the front tire went flat after letting it sit for 10 min after first filling with air to specs. My first bike Battery will only charge tk half after one mknth and my front brake whwre never set close and has caused relair issues they are quick and Handle nice but I think quality control is an issue with this company and way way to many zip ties to cut when assembly i explained to company still waiting to hear back They finally contacted me by phone at 930pm central time and was talking to a man and somehow got cut off. Nobody called me back I’m very upset and thought better of this pirchase. They also wanted me to FaceTime techs on my time to fix a bike I bought brand new I requested a new one and they said don’t call ghis number anymore another tire went flat also I would not buy anythjng from RAINBOW STORES IN CA. They oasss the buck and dknt fix issies bad busines. Wish I never bought anythjng from them. Abe yiur money. Bad issues ... show more

Just got this on September 10th and would not charge. Took off the battery cover and found this. When they originally put it together they put the screw straight through one of the wires.
