The tank is small and easy to install. Best part is, if you turn it to the hottest setting, the 4 gallons of water will be so hot that you only need a trickle mixed with the cold for a 4 to 5 minute shower. Worst part is if your turn it to the hottest setting and turn it on without cold water, that little trickle will scald you. If I had children in the house, I would not crank this up to 167 degrees and probably wouldn't be able to get that 5 minute shower. But I don't, and I'm loving the showers in my RV. So disappointed with this item. Can't locate a customer service number for Kenuos. Constant leaking unit. Can't get assistance from Amazon customer service. Water is definitely hot, but the leaking is ridiculous. Any ideas who to contact? Past the return date but it is not worth what I paid!! Help!

Installed for an outdoor shower and it doesn’t disappoint. Turned it all the way up because temps are cooling off and still get a comfortable shower for about 5 minutes when mix with cold water is right. This single faucet water heater, is easy to install and can be done relatively easily by most people that could install the sink. It’s good quality but not excellent. Bought this and had plumber install. Turned on the hot water faucet which came out a dribble. Hot but dribbled out. Contacted AMAZON....total quagmire as they had no idea how to correct or return or replace. Gave me the option of contacting the Manufacturer by some convoluted communication method OR in other words NO SUPPORT!
