I read reviews on electric fireplaces for weeks, and finally decided to get this one. The 5 star reviews were right. It arrived fast. Easy to set up. Looks stunningly beautiful. And it has a thermostat feature to set the temperature you desire. It has multiple flame choices. Real looking logs. And you can run it without heat and just enjoy the flame. This chimney is worth every penny! Everything works and looks wonderful in my living room. Also, it’s easy to assemble. The only bad thing is that the mantle part came damaged. Called Amazon and customer service took care of it and they send me a replacement (mantle).

Shipping was good, package was not damaged. It was little hard to put together but not terrible. The thermostat works great, as does the remote. It includes a shut off timer. The fireplace is beautiful and very easy to set up. The materials are sturdy, solid construction with a nice white finish. The flame is very realistic with a few adjustments to make it brighter and control the flame height. The heat output on this is fantastic. I have it set to 72°F for a fairly large living room but the temp setting goes to over 90°F. There is some noise from the fan motor that may be annoying to some but its not very loud but it is noticeable. My only complaint is this arrived with a broken remote which is very annoying since you need to get up if you want to do any adjustments. Gotta give the remote a 1 star since i cant use it. ... show more

The only option for support for this is Amazon and they can’t help you with missing pieces. This unit is PROBABLY beautiful, but I can’t put it together because the hardware and manual were not included and I can’t find a way to reach ACTUAL customer support. 😔

I like that it looks nice and it’s sturdy but the description was a little off showing it was black but it is actually brown. Therefore it doesn’t match with what I intentionally bought it for.
