Im giving the Company a 5 STAR because of the excellent customer service. I wanted a netting for my chickens so they can have some time in the grass. I like the easy set up hight and length of this net, But I'm very disappointed in the white plastic part, it breaks super easy. I literally just purchased this and set it up, it hasn't been a full week. And several places are broken creating a larger hole. I am beyond thrilled with this netting. It works perfect! Ignore the bad reviews because we did exactly as the instructions stated and watched the video. It's simple! In fact, we were able to unroll and put it in place BEFORE we read the instructions... ;) I'm not sure how people can give it a bad review. I have had no issues. If you want a perfect , straight fence then you need to build one. This does exactly as it states and nothing has gotten in or out. In fact, I am purchasing another right now I am so impressed with this. And the color is great. It seems to blend in with the surroundings. You can buy the generic posts( about $2) at farm centers if you are wanting a bit more rigidity. I added in a couple cause of the length I had to go and wind. Its perfect! ... show more

UPDATE: After I wrote my initial review below, the seller reached out and after a lot of back and forth they did several things that I think reflect well upon them. First, they issued a full refund. Second, they have been adding a conditioner to the plastic in order to make it less brittle and more wear and tear hardy. Finally, they have asked me to test some of their products in the real world (I farm for a living). So, I am very happy with the outcome. I purchased this netting at the end of July last year and used it for about a month and then used it again for about two months this year before it completely fell apart. The description is misleading in that the fiberglass poles are hollow, and are very fragile. The plastic degrades very rapidly in the sun, and just falls apart. I was only given a $30 refund because it had been longer than a year before I contacted the seller, even though I only used it for up to three months. They offered me a new one prior to that but why would I want the same disappointing product? The right thing to do would be to issue a full refund, which they definitely could do but they simply blamed it on Amazon. ... show more

6 month follow-up review: Fence is fairly decent and probably not designed for extreme cold temps as the plastic bottom stakes had broke during a snow storm. Problem was remedied using steel t-posts and plastic insulators to help support the areas with the broken stake. Prior to that we did have a curious goat get a foot caught in a section of the fence breaking a 6ft section breaking all of the white vertical plastic pieces. I'd consider this one user error. The very first day I used it several of the white plastic pieces broke. I have always used premier 1 electric mesh fencing and it lasts for years. I should have rolled it up and sent it back. I was in need of the fencing quickly so I ordered it. Never buy this product!!!

I bought this to keep deer and rabbits or raccoons out of my garden area. I now have chickens so it will be used when I want to semi free range them while I’m out there. Watching other videos about troubleshooting the supposed best netting, I realized my netting is made so well that all those problems are not possible with this netting! The fiberglass poles, well made plastic covered bottoms where the two metal spikes come out mean no issues the other brands have especially the big name ones. This is the best all around and set up is easy and is sturdy from the start. I recommended this brand over all others for sure. ... show more

Well made. It may work for some. But our chickens would just fly over. Now we could clip their wings. But we don't belive in that. Instead we got a few chicken runs, paddock areas we rotate them in. And we seed with cover crops like buckwheat etc.
