Had an issue with the 1st one they sent out. However, customer service was on it. Sent a second unit and it is up and running. I will be cooking up a storm soon. Looks great too. I have cats so the lock feature is a must! Previous issue. Update. Amazon finally got me through to the manufacturer and I have been working with them. They are quickly shipping a new cooktop to me to see if we can get that one working. Camp-one representatives have been very nice and helpful. Once I get the new one and have success in getting it to turn on. I will change my rating. Original message . I hope so, because it looks really nice!! But it will not work. Tried emailing support email listed(on cooktop manual that came with package). The email is underlined which cut off the “j” part and they look like “i’s” which will kick it back. They need to change that. I did call support and left messages on the number. No return call. So. Looks good. Just doesnt work. ... show more

The cooktop is good overall, but it is only 30 AMPS. With several burners going it takes a long time to boil a large pot of water. Even with just one burner going, it takes a long time to get up to 50% heat setting. The surface scratches easily, but this is my first glass surface cooktop so it may be on average with others. The best thing about this cooktop is the price. I will be upgrading to a 40 AMP circuit breaker & a 40 AMP cooktop on my next purchase. ... show more

I waited three years to write this review to make sure it didn't give up the ghost right away. Three years later this is my favorite cooktop every. I love that it's completely flat, easy to clean and has a child lock. My very favorite part is that it fits in the cabinet WITH a working drawer, which is great for spices. It worked great for 7 months but does this week. Buttons stopped responding so I could not turn the stove off. Also no product support to be found. The link Amazon sends you too does not exist. Update: company contacted me and replacement was sent fee of charge.
