Bought on Saturday, delivered on Wednesday. No damage. So far I'm very impressed with the quality and power. Better than I expected. It's bigger than I expected too. I'm 6'4" 240lbs and fit on it just fine 3 days of riding Update: still satisfied, still giving it 5 stars, but the brake are noisy and I had to adjust them a few times, hopefully new pads fix the noise. The 170mm pedal arms are also too long and scrape the ground too easily, I'm going to try 130mm. Tires are kinda cheap and rear one is slightly out of round, only noticable at high speeds on very flat surfaces. But like I said, still giving it 5stars, can't beat the price. 1 month update: still running strong, still satisfied, but I hate how long the pedal arms are and how wide the crank is. The pedals drag and catch on rocks if you're off-road. I bent the pedal, the pedal arm and crank after hitting a rock while pedaling, gonna cost ~$50 to fix. Already ordered shorter pedal arms 2 month update: got about 500miles on it now. The brakes are cheap and the rear caliper stripped out. Cheap and easy to replace. Tires are cheap and wearing out quickly. Rear shock is a joke and I've replaced it with a better one. But I still gotta give it 5stars. I've got about $850 into this bike and it's better than my neighbors Movcan. I beat the hell out of it too, lots of hills and bumpy roads with my 55lb son riding on it with me. ... show more

looked on the bright side of the many great reviews and ordered this bike a few weeks ago. It arrived and some parts did not reflect the instructions. spent a solid 6 hours trying to get it built only to find the power does not move through the bike. The box came with a massive dent during shipping and broke the controller holding box. The bike seems very sturdy and good quality for what I needed it for. But 5 days of being asked to unplug and replug wires is making me loose some sanity. Now I have to pay additional postage to return this dead bike ... show more

I received the bike in a little over a week after ordering it from the other side of the United States so I’m pretty happy with that bike overall is awesome. The only thing that could be improved in my opinion is being able to reset the trip odometer I don’t see why there is, an option to just see your trip mileage and another setting for your full mileage but not be able to reset to see how much miles you’re getting per charge without having to do math not that it’s a huge deal but you think you would be able to reset that. It was very easy to assemble and seems very well built. The brakes are a little noisy, but not too crazy. The bike shakes a little bit as you’re getting to full speed but stops once you get to a certain speed overall it is an awesome bike and I would definitely recommend it. My friend has a $3000 electric bike and mine goes faster for longer and has more accessories built-in to it a quarter of the price! ... show more

Love this bike! Excellent!! I have ridden it 12 miles and probably could have gone further,if it didn't start raining! Support is awesome well worth the price! Only problem not really a problem back brakes started squeaking but if you use the front and back at the same time little noise. My first day riding I didn't want to get off 😂. My first E bike thank you so much for a great product and customer support! Have gone 205 miles since ownership average about 21 miles a day, getting seat and brakes upgrade to hydraulic, just remember these factory tires are good but don't ride when it's wet will upgrade these when needed. ... show more

The bike functions well does everything it’s supposed to just fine. Has some small issues but I’m pretty sure all these mass produced bikes will have somthing small wrong with them. I’m my case my shimano gears won’t shift properly because the derailer is blocked by a bent guard from shipping. Minor stuff that can be fixed. The customer service department has gotten back to me and has been very helpful. Overall the bikes great I would definitely recommend it. Rides smooth does 30mph lasts about 25-30 miles on full charge. The light and turn signals are cool. ... show more

Solid bike, runs fine, and is easy to restrict speed for younger riders. It is a little small, so I wouldn't recommend it for taller people. Good customer service, company responds promptly to any issues.345

I bought this bike from this seller the seat was damaged when we received the item and after couple days the throttle broke down i called them they said be patient we sent the new part to you after 1 month I’m in the same situation as the first day I got the bike

Love this bike. Everything functions well. The battery does drain a bit too quick for my liking. I maybe get 26 miles on a charge Other than that. This bike is a beast deal. Will update review after a month or 2 of use. But so far so good. Might need to upgrade battery. Will see what the store says
