It’s perfect for a ball python temporary enclosure (for some enrichment fun or holding area while cleaning out actual enclosure). It does feel flimsy and could close in on itself a little if it gets bumped hard. The zipper also does seem like it could easily break/or wear down - the quality just isn’t there which is why I personally don’t think it’s good for bigger animals like dogs since they weigh more and can accidentally destroy this without actually meaning to. Got this medium playpen for my wife's Yorkie that I got her & it worked out great for the little guy. Plenty of room for him to play & jump around in. Easy set up & break down. 5 star item. I would defiantly recommend for small dogs.

I like that this is foldable and easy to pop up and to put away. The carry case is nice. Wipes off easily. Good functionality. Good value for the money. We have a cat and he loves it. It seems safe for him which we are always close by. We used it for camping so our cat could be safe and still be outside with us too. This playpen is easy to set up and durable. Our dog liked it very much. A few improvements will make it better: 1) the door is held up with Velcro but you must to roll it up first and the match the two little squares of Velcro. Not practical. 2) more critical is the fact that it tends to colapse. Make sure you supervise your puppy at all times. Our puppy is 12 weeks old and weighs 4 pounds. Kept my kittens safe. I purchased one after some one accidentally stepped on one of my kittens, who unfortunately passed away from the injuries due to that mishap. I was heartbroken 💔 but determined to not let that happen again. This product was pleasing to the eye, very portable, easy to clean and with its soft mesh material, it didn't feel inhumane unlike metal cages. I highly recommend it. The price wasn't too bad either. Not quite what I was expecting. I bought these specifically for new puppies that my dog just had, not even a month old and they easily can tilt the playpen over. Keep in mind that these are not big dogs they are puppy maltipoo. Personally I would not buy again but the material was very durable just was not sturdy enough. ... show more

It was a no brainer to set up. It pops right open when you pull on the sides and folds so easily. It's roomy and spacious for my cat. She is big for her age and tall. I use it when she needs a time out.

This is a playpen for newborn to baby pups, once my pup started to grow around 3-4 months he was busting out of this thing, and he is a toy poodle. It's not the sturdiest pen but will get the job done for newborn puppies. I used it when I first picked up my puppy on the bed to put his pee pads inside, so he didn't have to get off of the bed to tinkle. I also doubled it as a guard to keep him from falling off the bed.
