***UPDATE 2/12/24*** Contacted customer service as the original unit had an error where it would intermittently not work correctly. (The toilet seat warmer and water warmer intermittently stopped working). Customer service was very quick to respond, sending a replacement unit within 5 days of notification of the issue. I would give more than 5 stars if I were able to do so. 100% would buy again! Original review: This was a replacement for our Brondell Swash which finally bit the dust and the cost for a replacement was absurd. This was more economical and fit what we needed better for a fraction of the price. Not only was this easier to install, but outperformed the Brondell in spray, temperature, and comfort. My wife and I both use it. Though it does take a little getting used to, it cleans really well after doing your business. The heated seat is warm without being hot. Same for the heated water. The self cleaning works well, but doesn't take the place of regular disinfecting. Child safety feature works well. I've waited nearly a year to leave this review to ensure I meant what I said. There are only two minor things I have to criticize: 1) It doesn't QUITE fit all the way back on my toilet bowl, probably because my tank bows stylishly forward, and 2) the dryer is just about ineffective (so I keep a dedicated towel next to the toilet). It took me a couple of hours to install and a trip to HomeDepot to replace the fill valve (the previous one was old and broke during installation), but the material and functions are very good. I especially like the sturdy and well-polished stainless-steel connector parts. However, I think there is a design flaw with the seat, since it leaves some gap and reveals the toilet in the front as you can see from my second photo. My third photo shows the original regular seat (no videt) that covers fully. Or was it just a mistake during assembly from the company (used a wrong part)? ... show more

I'd like to start by saying I have never been a big fan of toilet bidets, they always seemed so weird and bizarre. Well, my feelings have changed wholeheartedly. During a recent visit to a relative's house, I realized every single bathroom had a bidet. I decided to give it a try and to be honest, at first, it felt kinda weird, but not in a bad way. I ended up using the bidet all weekend and realized this is something I need at my home. After my weekend visit, I returned home and decided to purchase this bidet and I've been using it for a couple of weeks now and I absolutely love it! I installed this bidet in my guest bathroom and because of this, I haven't used my personal toilet at all. So, I've decided to purchase another one for my main bathroom, so I don't have to keep going to the guest bathroom! The warm water feels so nice and the fact that I can reduce my toilet paper usage by a ton really is appealing to me. And I will tell you, right now, it's very cold around here and sitting on a warm toilet seat is out of this world comfortable! I started out on this "journey" in the great TP drought of 2020. People wandering the streets in search for TP instead of change / food. It's a miracle we ever recovered - but not me. As a favorite acctress of mine who goes by the name Asa introduced me to a different brand, I felt as though a new door opened. Unfortunately I got greedy and now I end up here crying to you asking why God why did I have to go out all out. The drying feels more like a light breeze (ie. Doesn't dry) the actual sprayer has no where near the power my previous one had. The only benefit I did have was the ability to warm the seat and it all was one system instead of a separate lid and sprayer. Otherwise for power wise, definitely go with my previous one and as far as the air drying - try kicking that up a few notches if / when you release a new one because this blowing which I can only compare to someone whispering in your ear is not cutting it folks. ... show more

We had 1 working amazing and then after about 9 months the water heater stopped working. I sent an email and the customer service is above and beyond any other I have seen!! They sent us a replacement and there was no hassle at all! They are THE BEST COMPANY to work with!!

Ive had experience with Smart toilets or extremely high end bidets and ive also used the non-heated value ones. I have to say that Im very impressed with this unit. The hardest part of the installation for me was just the rubber grommets that go into the holes in the toilet for the seat attachment. Other than that it was easy peasy and the installation instructions are easy to follow. Theres also a youtube video which helps as well. All the functions work as advertised and the unit is sturdy and the tank holds more water than I was lead to believe by some of the reviews. For the money I would not hesitate to recommend this or buy it again. If I had to give any knocks on it or make any suggestions for how it could be better, I would say that the control unit could either be removable for wall placement or maybe just an inch or two farther away from the side of the unit to allow for more easier access to all of the buttons. The only other thing I think could be better is the lid. I think the lid is a little flimsy, but again very small gripes for the price. ... show more
