Let me star out by saying I’ve been looking for a jacket like this for years. I’ve lived in the northeast, south, and now near the Rockies and I don’t like heavy or puffy coats. I also have a pretty warm body temperature and I hate thick coats and fleece type that cause static. For me this is the perfect thickness and feel and doesn’t make me too hot either. This jacket is the only one I have ever been able wear comfortably while driving! I love the amount of pockets and how it looks on me. Fits me perfectly, got a large and don’t regret it one bit. Usually I don’t like the cuffs being stretchy type on my wrists but these are great and they don’t impact my Apple Watch like some long speed shirts and other jackets do. My gloves fit over them and kept me warm the last few cold days. Also the color - perfect gray. Not too dark not too light. I usually go black or Navy but feel this was the best choice for me. ... show more

I rarely ever write Amazon reviews but I have been so pleasantly surprised by this jacket that I wanted to share. I have been looking for an inexpensive, lightweight field jacket for a the mild Fall and early winter here in Georgia. There are other very nice m65 reproductions available for $$$ but that's not what I wanted right now. I gave this 5 stars not because it's the best jacket ever, but it's maybe the best $44 I've ever spent. I can't believe the quality I got for the money. It is much more substantial in terms of material than I expected at that price point. The QC is good. No stitching errors that I can see. The fit is great. I'm an XL in almost everything and the XL of this jacket is a perfect fit. I have longer arms, and the sleeve lengths are great for me, not too short. The cut is good and it fits well across both my shoulders and torso. The zipper is plastic but has worked fine so far. I saw some complaints in other reviews that the zipper was on the wrong side for a men's jacket, but mine was on the correct side, so maybe that issue has been fixed. I got the green color, and it is lovely. I'm enjoying my jacket for the chilly fall days without getting hot and sweaty inside. ... show more

This jacket has a great quality to the touch doesn't feel cheap at all. Feels very comfortable to wear and good weight doesn't feel overly heavy. Now my only disappointment was the zipper feels rough kinda catches when zipping up or down it not crazy still functioning not enough to send it back. Note this is probably only my jacket hopefully doesn't happen to anyone else but my own experience. Great buy though. It keeps me warm& has good lining & color is dark got the black option will it ware off not sure. Try it out good buy ... show more

I HAVE TO SAY, THIS IS ONE REALLY NICE LOOKING JACKET! I'M EXTREMELY SURPRISED JUST HOW WELL MADE AND COMFORTABLE IT IS. FOR THE PRICE I EXPECTED FAR LESS. I LOOKED IT OVER AND THE SEWING IS VERY GOOD, SEAMS ARE STRAIGHT, THE CUFFS AND WAIST BAND ARE ALL TOP NOTCH. THE FIT IS SPOT ON. A LOT OF TIMES THE ACTUAL SIZE OF JACKETS SOLD (HERE), RUN POSSIBLY 2 / 21/2 INCHES SMALLER. BUT I WEAR A SIZE XXL AMERICAN MADE JACKET AND THIS SIZE XXL FITS ME JUST FINE!! THE ARM LENGTH OF THE SLEEVES ARE QUITE LONG. AND, THE OVERALL LENGTH OF THE JACKET HANGS RIGHT AT MY WAIST. THE ZIPPERED POCKETS ACTUALLY ARE WORKING POCKETS! THE AREN'T DEEP, BUT COULD HOLD A KEY FOB OR SOME SCREWS OR NAILS IF YOU'RE PIDDLING WITH A WEEKEND PROJECT OUTSIDE. BACK TO THE ZIPPER UPPER ISSUE YOU MIGHT'VE READ ABOUT IN OTHER REVIEWS.
