Keep flat and out of the sun before installing because they will warp with the heat. After installing on the siding, they are fine. One of my shutters came with a chip out of the bottom, but there wasn’t any broken piece in the box. Had to patch it with a piece of gorilla tape and put it way up in a place where it wouldn’t be seen. ... show more

I really like these shutters. They are exactly what I wanted and are pretty nice. Something simple and easy to install. I originally ordered the Clay color and had to send them back because the color was WAY OFF from what the picture showed. I then ordered the Tuxedo Grey, which is more what I was looking for. Upon closer look, at least at the time I ordered, the Clay and Tuxedo Grey pictures looked exactly the same. But upon arrival, they are NOT the same, because the Clay ended up being a much lighter brown/green/grey-ish color. Yuck. So just be careful not to make the same mistake! Now that I got the right color, I really do like them plenty and am happy with them! ... show more
