I like the fact that these were $700.00 cheaper than the 2 quotes I had from local stores. These are just as well made and they fit perfectly. Jeremy from Suncraft made sure I had the correct style and that the measurements were correct. These were packaged extremely well, there was no damage. I'd originally ordered my first batch of shutters from a local business back in early April and by July, I was still waiting on them to be installed and delivered so I decided to look for alternatives. These shutters are exactly what I needed, they were delivered a few weeks after purchase and arrived with instructions and all required materials for installation. Communication was great as well. I was informed of every step in the process. I decided to wait on installing the shutters until my previously ordered batch came in and I am sooo happy I did. A few weeks later, my professionally purchased shutters were installed and we found they'd added midbars to the square windows (which caused a loss of cohesion) so I had to use this shutter as a replacement for one in that order until the issue is resolved.
