The chair is very low to the ground and for the elderly is difficult to get in and out of. The massage is fair but relaxing and is invigorating for sore old muscles. Mine came in a box that was broken open. There was no operators manual and Ellison provided no way to contact them in the event of difficulty so I was never able to find out if there was supposed to be a manual included. Luckily it is easy to figure out. There is a USB port on the remote but I wasn’t sure if that port was to allow you to attach a remote. I liked the idea of a rolling foldable compact massage chair. It looks pretty good but I felt like the quality was missing. The rollers are hard and do not move and rotate in one direction which was not what I was looking for. In my opinion it wasn’t bad, but not what I was looking for. I returned this item. ... show more
