For a ground tent this is very nice. For a truck bed tent it is only ok. We have a 6.5 foot truck bed. It was hard for my husband to put up and even though it says for 5 to 8 foot beds it just doesn't do well. The tie downs that attach to the bed do not hold well and in the wind they were pulled right off. If you are parked on the ground you could stake the lines to the ground and it would work better but that is not the main design purpose in the description. The folding entrance is very unstable when in the truck and no matter how we tied it down would not stay up. For emergency use in your truck it would do but for any length of time it would not. Now when we set it up on the ground it set up great. It is a very nice ground tent. It is also very roomy which is hard to tell when it is stuck inside a truck bed. We will be using tis on the ground ad not in the truck bed except as a last resort. Since it doesn't work well in a truck bed but still would work if necessary and is very usable on the ground outside of the truck I only deducted one star. ... show more

I was impressed with the many features of this tent!! We borrowed our friend’s truck to try it out. So cool!! Then we set it up as a stand alone tent, which is how we would use it most since we don’t own a truck. You can see just how well made it is! No shortcuts here! I couldn’t believe how roomy it was!! And I love that you have not one, but two openings that you can have closed for privacy and protection from insects or use the screens to let in the fresh air. An added feature is you access your choices with zippers from inside the tent. You don’t have to go outside to adjust them. And, finally, I Love the Color!!!
