This is a “Four way adjustable brace, front measures 6” from top of hip bone to sternum. I Ordered small & was concerned it could be too long for my torso but, found it helps me focus on good posture and induces me to “strengthen my core” both critical for back issues. After wearing a few days it feels comfortable to wear and has resolved my lower back pain by preventing me from reverting back into old habits of bad posture! When fitting I Lift up my core and check my back brace alignment to my spine then close wide tabs in front next I pull both “laced Velcro straps” forward and down to the bottom of the brace crossing one over the other at an angle for my best support. Recommend wearing a T shirt underneath for added comfort then wear usual clothing over the brace. It doesn’t show except for a slight edge of the Velcro tab if crossing the ribboned pulls one over the other. I use all metal supports and do not wear it at night. LOVE IT🙏 Thank you! product as advertised, arrived in timely fashion. Product offers great support and helps with back pain relief. I can only wear it for a certain amount of time, for me it becomes a little uncomfortable and hot. However, that being said the support is awesome for the time I can comfortable wear it.

I have sciatica and have 6 acers of grass to cut. I can't be on the mower for more than 2 hours a day, and when I get off the mower I can barley walk. Using this brace lets me be on the mower for 2 hours without pain.

This is a superior back brace! My chiropractor recommended I get one but not a specific brand. None of my specialists were offering me solutions. I bought this brace about two weeks ago, and have been wearing it while sitting, exercising, standing and driving. I take it off to sleep and to swim. Already I’m in much less pain! My back hasn’t been going out of alignment as much since I got this. The product is very adjustable, folds into my purse tote , and is easy to take on and off. It comes with a metal insert to help your posture I suppose. I wore it to my follow up appointment with the chiro and he was impressed with the construction.
