The media could not be loaded. I researched a lot of ebikes, some were super expensive $2-4 thousand...so I decided to look on Amazon for a cheaper ebike. I've never had a damaged package from Amazon, this bike came to me damaged but it's not Amazon's fault, this ebike came through FedEx. I am not a FedEx fan, never have been. The box was split down the middle, the package was not in good condition...I wasn't home to sign for it or I would've refused the package. So I made the decision to keep the package since I like to tinker. I opened the box the first thing I noticed was the front tire was completely warped, and the back tire has one small ding on the rim. I went to my back yard and banged the front tire on a raised concrete slab a few times and was able to straighten the rim. The phone holder broke, not sure if it was me I’m heavy handed, I might of used to much force. I was able to fix the phone holder, nice to be able to charge a phone while riding. Putting the ebike together was super easy, 95% was already put together. All of the parts were in the box, thank God! After everything was put together, I readjusted the back and front brakes, it took me a little over an hour to put the ebike together… I was in no rush. The battery only took a couple hours to charge, not sure what percentage it was at before I began to charge the battery. I love the look of this ebike, I am 6’6 270 lbs. I’m a big guy, fits me perfect. My first ride was awesome, I haven’t had this much fun on a bicycle ever. The assist mode is good for going uphill’s, and the power is fantastic for me. I haven’t tried the walk assist or the cruise control yet, I’ve put 30 miles on this ebike so far; very smooth ride. The motor is more quiet than I thought it would be. I tested this on full throttle, got up to 32 mph on flat ground. Me being big and tall, this was a surprise for me I was only expecting to go 25 mph with my size and weight. This bike can handle the job perfectly. My average on full throttle is 28 mph. This ebike makes me want to enjoy the great outdoors more and try some off-road adventures. This ebike is powerful enough and sturdy enough to do strenuous trails. Go buy this bike you won’t be disappointed, I also added some accessories to the ebike for more comfort. Definitely wear a helmet, got A rear cargo rack, a rear rack bag, got back auto brake lights, next I’m buying rearview mirrors and turn signals for the roads. All in all I’ve had a wonderful experience love this ebike. Customer service was fantastic and fast response time, they sent me a new front tire and a phone holder. I am 6’ 1 and about 255 pounds and this bike really fits the bill for me. This bike feels solid and appears to be built like a high end mountain bike. I keep it on my boat which is in a wet slip and this is my only form of travel on the weekends and holidays while staying on the boat. It’s powerful and I have had it up to 32 mph. The battery holds up all weekend with only 1 charge, I really like the charging while pedaling feature. The company is very responsive as I had some challenges initially with a flat rear tire before even riding it and couldn’t find the battery keys-(they had come loose and was in the bottom of the box). At this time the only con is that it should come with a rear reflector. But other than that, I love this bike!! ... show more

Good, solid Electric mountain bike, purchased for my 20-something grandson. The bike was assembled by his mom, my daughter who overcame the minor questions of assenbly by following the directions. It's a 29" bike for grownups (grandson's 6'3"). He loves it. Using it to go to/from work, even in local traffic. Also pedals it around the neighborhood just for the fun of it. Reasonably fast charge, powerful motor, good brakes. Solid design, construction. Maybe a bit heavier than anticipated. Maybe I'll buy one for myself (at 88 years old). ... show more

The instructions that came with it were not helpful at all, but I had to figure out. I highly suggest looking at YouTube videos to get a better understanding. Overall it's a great bike to purchase. Also is having battery issues ...just charge it then install on bike the press the 'M' button on the handlebars. Enjoy! ... show more

    • The electric bike stopped running after 22 miles
After I was able to get in touch with the seller in China, they were extremely helpful in getting a bike to work. The E bike now runs very well and the product wears up to what their ad says. I am very pleased with the E bike.

You get what you pay for is an old saying in my country(USA) and that's what you get with this ebike.The bike arrived with minimal damage from shipping with some missing paint on a rim.The big problem with this bike is it was poorly put together when assembled.I had to readjust the front and rear shifting gears and the disc brakes,WHY AM I WORKING ON A NEW BIKE ????.Both tire rims are warped on this bike and wobble when riding.I contacted the seller about the problems and they did get back to me but they had a very condescending attitude towards me like I was lying and never followed up with me.I would not recommend this bike.$970 dollars with tax is a lot of money for this junk. ... show more
