These are a steal for casual dining. Color is deeper than shown, more of a teal peacock which I was very pleased with. 3rd photo shows rug and the color matches perfectly! Super easy to put together, goes faster if you have a helper. These are perfect in our Mid Century kitchen. We're average built and the chairs are comfortable. Husband is 6'6 and still fits comfortably. Not sure how they will be for my large father, will update after he visits. We also have smaller dogs that have always liked sitting on our kitchen chairs and these are not upholstered so we don't have to worry about them becoming dirty. In fact, I've noticed my dog sit less on these chairs because they're not padded. That's a bonus! NOTE!! Read through the directions to the end before you start because the little tiny pads that you take off before you attach the legs to the chair are actually pads for the feet of the chair and I threw a bunch of them away before I realize that! ... show more

We have an eat in kitchen and down sized on the size of our dining room table from a rectangular 8 seater to a round 4 seater. The seats are comfortable to sit in while eating a meal. I was looking for a set of chairs that I could easily clean and these fit my budget. The color is nice, a darkish teal blue that's not too bright. The "walnut" legs are metal but you can't tell from far away, and they attach in one big piece which made assembly very quick and easy. They were packed well and no pieces were missing or damaged. Comfortable enough to sit and work on my laptop for a few hours. I'm a wider and heavy-ish person and have no trouble sitting in them. These are beautiful in person! There are not many things that look better than their pictures, these chairs are one of them. The color teal was a deep rich color that complete me T well with the wood grain painted metal legs. These were very easy to assemble and are very comfy to sit in.
