How did I miss writing this review a long time ago?! So I've had this dishwasher for pretty well over a year. I absolutely 100% love it. I live in an apartment that has no dishwasher. I use it multiple times a week, sometimes multiple times a day. I am a person who cooks almost all of the food I eat, for home and work lunches. So all the cookware, dishes, glasses, silverware, and containers was just becoming annoying to hand wash. This thing washes FANTASTICLY. Sometimes I'll even put things in and think it looks like it might miss getting something off, but it always gets it! It is not loud while using, just a pretty moderate sound of water spraying on the sides. I can fit so much in! At once, maybe 3 big plates & 3 small, 4 small food prep/condiment ramekins, 2-3 glasses, idk... probably 4 forks 4 spoons, a few knives, some spatulas/spoons... It actually is pretty amazing. I always use the quick mode setting, which is 29mins, and it is absolutely plenty. The normal is 60mins, and in my opinion too long and not needed. It is easy to fill with water, it just takes 3 of the pitchers included, which will total roughly 1 gallon. And because of its small size, if I don't have MUCH to wash, & don't want to use a detergent tab... I just use a few SMALL drops of dish soap & maybe cap full amount of bleach. Works beautifully. (again, SMALL drops of dish soap. literally like 2-3 drops is plenty) And the dry cycle works just great! I have pretty much no complaints. (I'd probably give this 10 out of 5 stars, if I could) I haven't had any increase in electric bill from using it. I leave it out on the counter beside my sink, and it is great. This product has really surprised me how well it washes the dishes. It workd great for a family of 2 people. We don't have the space for a full size dishwasher so this was the alternative. Easy to set up and start using. Yes the space inside the dishwasher is small but we have been able to pack it full and all the dishes come out clean. I recommend this product to whoever wants a small compact dishwashe that does a great job. ... show more

Update: received the new dishwasher which works better than the first one. It is even more quiet. I wonder if there was something wrong with the first one. We have tried it for several months with 2 washings a day. There are no issues & the dishes come out clean on every cycle selection. Revised the rating to 5/5. Its a perfect size for 2 people, & very energy efficient. Update: the seller contacted me & offered a refund or another dishwasher. Because it was so amazing & got such good reviews, I opted to have them send me another one. Electronics can fail so, I am hopeful that the new one will clean just as well & not have any issues. I will update the rating when I receive the new product & try it. If it works reliably then I would change the rating to 4/5 stars initially & if it lasts at least a year I would give it 5/5. We really enjoyed the product while it was working. 10/10 It stopped working. I followed all the manufacturers suggestions with no result & then contacted ecosy. No response. It is an expensive item that broke when it is past its return date. As near as I can tell the pump needs to be replaced. We were hoping the manufacturer would have a warranty for this item & either exchange it or send a replacement pump. It is too expensive to buy & have last 3 months. ... show more

This dishwasher is amazing! I absolutely can't stand washing dishes by hand and this machine does the trick. I've had it for about five months now and it's literally plug in and go. It arrived with some pieces broken inside (wheels and basket) but it functions normally and wasn't damaged anywhere else. Worked perfectly out of the box, I love the blue light and the fun jingle sounds it makes when you choose a setting. So far it's been perfect for me. My kitchen is tiny and I have no counter space and this portable dishwasher is exactly what I needed. Definitely great convenience, quality and it leaves me with clean dishes. ... show more
