I have a huge house 6000 ft.². This mob vacuum system does my whole main floor which is about 2000 ft seven days a week because I’m picky about being clean. It never fails in its task and these floors are sparkling clean! I’ve been using this for months and I have not had a single problem and I just love having spotlessly clean, floors all the time, I change the water about once a week because I use it so often in my large house, but otherwise you wouldn’t have to change the water as often. I mean it’s amazing. There’s nothing to do except change the water there’s a water tank and a dirty water tank. I change them once a week that’s all that I do to have my floors sparkling clean and it’s so much more superior to my roomba and my Tesvor for which are on my other floors. it is worth every penny! The app is cool and you can set it to how you want the floors cleaned. Do you want it lightly cleaned or do you want it deep cleaned? Do you want to clean the clean the mopping head every 10 minutes or 30 minutes do you want to have specific rooms cleaned? I can do it all! You will not be disappointed! I've only had this a couple of weeks so I plan to return in several months with an update. We have an open floor plan with mostly hard floors (an area rug or two) and a dog that sheds like you can't believe. I hate doing floors to begin with, but the need to do it daily became a huge drag. In researching brands I found that the well known brands all had issues and concerns that came with them, but this brand -- while it didn't have nearly as many reviews as the others -- all the reviews were positive so I bit the bullet. Best money ever spent. The instructions are not particularly user friendly so there was a learning curve in making the most of what this machine has to offer (you tube videos helped), but now that I understand it, I can I let it do its thing -- either just vacuuming the entirety of the living area, or vacuuming and mopping specific areas -- and my life has gotten so much easier!! And it does a GREAT JOB! I have to clean out the collection bin at least 3 or 4 times while it's doing the entire area because even if I vacuum every day, it still finds plenty of dog hair to clean up, which I find very commendable of it. It's not the cheapest on the market I'm sure, but it really does what I needed and wanted it to do and, frankly, for what I've paid in the past for mediocre house cleaners or the hours and hours I've spent doing it myself, this baby really is going to pay for itself in no time. The pic above is what it picked up from a full area clean today (and I've used this vacuum several times this week already). Again, we're still in the honeymoon phase but I'll be back in 6 months or longer to update on whether or not this baby has staying power.     • Don’t buy this. It fails as an automatic vacuum

I would not recommend this machine for cleaning purposes at all. It fails completely as an automatic vacuum and mop. I previously had the Deebot 500 from ECOVACs and after doing research for several months I decided to buy this vacuum + mop combo. During my research I failed to find some severe design flaws with this machine. First, the item avoidance detection is too sensitive and works too well. What I mean by this is that if you have larger piles of dirt or dust bunnies on the floor the vacuum will actually avoid the larger piles of dirt and dust bunnies and completely go around them. So I would usually have to do a light pre-sweep to pickup larger dirt piles and dust bunnies before sending the vacuum to do it’s duties. This completely defeats the purpose of having an automatic vacuum. Second, when in mopping mode the robot cannot re-enter the docking station without me pushing it and guiding it. The way the docking station is designed makes the vacuum slip and slide off the ramp while in mop mode. I had to add anti slip strips to the ramp of the docking station and floor directly in front of the docking station. This slightly helped but I still needed to guide it up the ramp to prevent it from slipping off. I contacted support about these issues, but they offered no solutions to these issues and only told me the device was working as intended. However, support was very responsive and responded in a timely manner. I will never buy another ECOVACs product after this machine and I highly regret purchasing this machine. ... show more

1.- Proceso de Mopas y trapeado: Bueno, funciona. 2.- Proceso de Autolimpiado: Bueno, Funciona, Agua se almacena en contenedores 3.- Proceso de Secado de Mopas. Malo. No Funciona. Igual quedan mojadas y el proceso de secado demora hasta 3 horas de estar funcionando el aire para poder secarlas al 90% 4.- Mapeado Regular. No mapea la vivienda de forma pareja, tiene errores no genera el renderizado 3d de muebles, se los tienes que agregar uno a uno de forma manual en la App. 5.- Aspirado. Bueno, Funciona. 6.- Bateria. Regular.. con carga de 100% y poder de succion en Alto la bateria baja a 81% en habitacion de menos de 20 m2 ... show more
