So far the vacuum has been flawless. It is easy to setup and it it just works as needed. What I like about it is that it vacuums and mops in a single pass. The mopping is good to refresh almost clean floors, which is not surprising- I don't think anyone relies on robot vacuums for heavy duty cleaning. When the Mop is installed, the vacuum will avoid carpeted areas and clean only the hard floors. The mop has to be removed for vacuuming all surfaces. The whole module with the mop and water tank can be taken out and the vacuumwill still work, but it won't be able to self empty. LIDAR based mapping works great. I wouldn't even consider purchasing a vacuum without navigation. The battery lasts for about an hour before the robot goes back to recharge. ... show more

It does so well, it got clogged because there was so much hair from my daughter’s room. I’m glad it did because then I easily took out the brush and got out the hair that crashed it. The media could not be loaded. I upgraded to this vacuum from an old Roomba, and I’m amazed at how much the technology has improved. During the initial setup, it mapped out each room accurately. While it's running, the app updates its location in real-time, so I can actually see the vacuum moving on my phone. This also makes it easy to locate if it gets stuck. Super convenient! Well, it does get stuck if the roller picks up something at the right size, but I can definitely tell it is much less likely to get stuck compared to my old Roomba. The base has an auto dump function too, so I don’t have to constantly empty the small dust bin like I did with my Roomba. Another feature I love is its ability to automatically detect hard floors and carpets, adjusting the suction power when it moves onto carpeted areas.
