I am totally amazed about this Auger. I have used it so fare for 10 holes and no issues. Easy to start. Easy to operate. In fact this unit is so powerful, I would recommend two people. It has tons of torque. I was leary about buying this or any infact, since it is not name brand and obviously comes from overseas. Only recommendation is practice first and take is slow. ... show more

    • Screws on base backed out, now it’s useless
3 of the 4 Large screws that hold the base and handle bars backed out and are lost. Where can I buy these, I would like to have extra? Did four holes total with smallest bit and this happened. Disappointed!

Not suitable for use in clay soil Might work for sand soil. Dug 5 holes and the auger started leaking gear oil and hitting the exhaust causing smoke I am returning

I am building a pole barn and bought this to keep the post hole diggers away from me. I fully expected this to have enough power for the 6” and 8” augers, didn’t figure it would turn the 12” auger in my hard clay soil. WRONG!! This thing coupled with the 12” bit dug the hole to max depth (until the power head was at grade) in literally 45 seconds. What a life and back saver. Definitely recommend and don’t let the unknown brand name fool you, just as good as a Husqvarna or equivalent. ... show more
