6 outlets in a not-too-imposing package. I wouldn't place it on an outlet with direct line-of-sight when entering a room. But if you're needing extra outlets next to the bed or in another space where need flexibility, the rotating outlets are super convenient. Obviously can't speak to the surge protection effectiveness since I'm not in the habit of deliberately causing power surges, but the rating is sufficient for most small electronics. I wouldn't use this for any expensive A/V equipment, but for everything else (phone chargers, lamps, clocks, heat pads, etc), I don't think you can go wrong here. As far as quality of construction goes, it's on par with other EchoGear products. Pretty solid. Not cheap. Not super-high end. Reliable fit & finish. I find the design functional and not terrible to look at. Install is simple. Definitely use the center screw. (I should note, standard outlet covers only. The width of the device is perfect for side by side plug switch outlet. You can still use the switch and have all the plugs available. Most of these devices are much wider and would not let you use the switch or fit. This is great for a bathroom like we are using it for. You get a bunch of outlets for toothbrushes, water picks, grooming devices and sonic cleaners. The compact size and versatility are a win. screws in tight to the wall with the included screw to secure the multi outlet ECHOGEAR to the wall outlet. Very happy with the purchase so far. Have several of these. They're wonderful because they plug directly into a wall outlet and the ability to turn the outlets to each side makes it so that furniture can be placed just an inch or so off the wall and still have access to the outlets. Love these!

This supressor is well made, heavy duty and has all the surge guard and EMI/RFI filtering. Only issue I had was mine came with the screw to secure it to the AC outlet. The included screw was too short to screw in. Maybe the manufacturer can add longer screws.
