The chairs look great. I'm 5'2 130lbs and my bf is 5'9 170 lbs and we both found them comfortable. They don't wobble at all. Unfortunately 1 of the chairs had a problem with the metal legs ( colored as wood) where it didn't let us lock into place which is the first step and we couldn't build it, but the next day we tried again and were able to get all the screws in by bending it a bit. These chairs were bought twice in my household. The first time, they were easy to assemble and looked good. For this reason, I bought them a second time. This time, one of the chair legs came defective. I asked for a replacement leg and the seller sent me one (it did take quite some time for the replacement to come). However, when I finally had the new leg, it didn't fit the chair. The holes on the chair where the screws go through did not align with the corresponding holes on the underside of the chair. As time went by, the chairs became ever more unsteady. I've put some of them aside so there is no chance of someone falling when they inevitably collapse. Sitting in these chairs truly has become a gamble now. Maybe I will fall from it, maybe I won’t. There is non-small chance that I will be having a meal one day and will go from looking at my plate to looking at my floor. I will use them until they all break, I suppose, as they keep getting wobblier. I do not recommend buying these chairs. ... show more

I have a lot of mixed emotions about this product. I’ve seen some five star reviews, and was confused. Unless others did get a good product....I was left scratching my head. On the other hand, I believe the low ratings on these as my chairs arrived extremely defective. :((( The legs would not align with each other, we received no instructions, and the chairs ended up wobbling too much. We didn’t want more headaches so we kept the original legs; we ended up having to use a hammer to help align the legs. Hope that helps someone :/ Sure the price is great...packaging was awesome..delivery on time..but the product itself was not good. The quality (of the seat itself) seems alright, and the chairs do look somewhat sturdy...but I’m not sure if they’ll last. The price and quality of the seat are nice..however, the way the rest of the parts (like the legs are made) are the real problem. You get what you pay for. These are good if you’re on a budget, but be ready to bet on a 50/50 with what you will receive. Customer service seems good; I just hope they improve the way they make these chairs. I really wanted to give 5 stars, but I can’t. I also won’t discourage anyone from buying these; they are nice..just a headache.⚠️⚠️⚠️ *I did receive a paper inside that says they will give you some sort of refund if you give them a 5 star review*..so I’m wondering if that’s where all the 5 stars are coming from?? 🤷🏻♀️⚠️⚠️⚠️ *Update* - I wanted to make a small update on the chairs.
