Description

The EatSmart Precision 550 Pound Extra High Capacity Bathroom Scale is the highest capacity scale for body weight in the market. This extra wide scale features a generous 15” x 13” platform that easily accommodates all foot sizes, provides comfort and stability, and is sturdily constructed with a black glass base and stainless steel, fingerprint-resistant platform. This scale is so durable, in fact, that it weighs almost 8 pounds! Four precision sensors and proprietary step-on technology ensure instant and accurate measurements in 0.2 lb. or 0.1 kg increments. Once your weight has been taken, the digital scale will beep three times and hold your reading on the bright blue 3" x 1.25" LCD display, allowing extra time for you to step off the scale and view your weight without rushing. After several seconds, the scale’s auto off feature will activate to power off the scale and conserve battery power. Backed by the EatSmart 100.

Needed a scale with slightly higher capacity then the average scale at my local Walmart. This did the trick. It is fast, allows you to stand straight an look forward, notifies you when the scale has settled and taken your weight. It has been inline +/- less than a pound with other scales we have used. We did manage to put some scratches in the surface of the scale by placing a laundry basket with some clothes that must have had some sand on the bottom. If you get the black scale, beware the surface scratches easily and is noticeable. Otherwise, we are happy with the scale. ... show more

I have placed my scale in my dining room to keep myself accountable of my weight. Funny story...my cat has her food/water bowls in the dining room as well. She eats at night. Now that she realizes there's a new object to sit on she's been weighing herself (lololol!!) and I guess she's displeased with the numbers that pop up because as soon as she hears that beep while sitting on it she looks down and runs off.
