Love, Love, Love - Did I say I love this system .. I went to the Easy Track website and designed our own layout. It will give you an option for a parts list that gives you sku's # to be ordered. Husband hung the top Easy tracks in each side of our walk in closet. Once the top tracks are secured to the wall, it's just a matter of laying out how you want to organize the closet. We didn't have to cut anything but the rods used for hanging clothes since they only are available in 2 lengths. Every empty space is now utilized and the closet looks amazing - I love the truffle color. I was hesitant about ordering since it's not cheap and knew it would be impossible to send back. I love the Easy Track system ... this is the 2nd one we've installed in our house. I would typically give it a 5 but the package received was in very bad shape and missing many pieces ... not an Easy Track issue, but more of an Amazon issue. Amazon was kind enough to send me out a replacement system. With the two of them in hand we were able to complete the installation, but both boxes received from Amazon were in sad shape, missing pieces, damaged hanging rods. ... show more

One of them had both 72" panels broken. After some back & forth, Amazon got me squared away. I have noticed a few quirks with this system: Because the "finish" is a thin vinyl foil, some of the time you'll find pieces out of the box with some blemishes on the edge. If you want a consistent flush-top shelf all the way around, you'll have to do some customization. Lastly--and most importantly--if you buy their drawers, the fit is horrible. The drawers are 1/4" too narrow (there should only be 1/2" clearance on each side, but they wind up being 3/8" each side...particularly if you are more than a couple of holes away from a shelf. This may have to do with the fact that I found some unit-to-unit variance in the shelf lengths...some are up to 1/8" longer than others. My fix was to add 1/8" spacer when mounting the slides in the cabinet body. It made the drawers closest to the shelves a little tight (but workable), but all the rest were perfect from then on. 1/8" thick x 1.25" PVC lattice strip from your home center is perfect for this job. ... show more
