The media could not be loaded. I have a full tower heater that has always worked great, so figured the tabletop version would be the same. The smaller one does not put out a lot of heat, and the heat screen doesn’t even fully heat up. Also runs out very fast. Unless I have a defective one, probably would not recommend. ... show more
