Strongly recommend. I've had my bike for over 3 months and no complaints. I've owned many bikes; this is the second e-bike I have purchased. and it is my favorite. Lots of safety features. Very fast. Great suspension. Battery lasts a very long time. It comes with an alarm, horn, signal lights, headlamp with low/high beam and auto shut off kickstand. First off I was so pleasantly surprised that the company texted me to see how things were going and if I needed any assistance! Usually if there’s a problem you can’t even get help! I didn’t even have a problem, hadn’t even unboxed it yet and they contacted ME to see how things were going!! The person texting was friendly and willing to help in any way. It was a gift so I hadn’t opened it and again later they texted sending a video to help me and chatted like a real person not just an automated check in. When I finally got it open.. I was so excited!! Extremely heavy, beautifully detailed and easy to put together!! This is definitely well made and something to be proud of!! My son is 15 drive it with ease and my husband and myself have truly enjoyed it as well!! I never had to contact customer service because it was so easy and no issues but a few weeks later they texted me again to check in on how I felt about it!! Wow! If anything the customer service is worth the buy. I recommend buying one of these from this company if you are in the market for it!!! Thank you all so much for running such a wonderful person centered company!! I am over the moon happy with all aspects from price, quick shipment and the best customer service I’ve ever had with any company in all my 43 years of life!! Only thing to remember that took us a while to figure out.. there’s a clip in the disk break that has to be taken off in order to insert the tire. But otherwise A+++++ ... show more
