I want to start off by saying the sellers were extremely attentive to my order and questions. The customer service was top tier. The packaging was actually pretty well done and there was no damages to the bike or any parts inside. The bike itself was better than I expected. It’s a little bigger in person compared to the pictures which is nice because it feels like an actual motorcycle meant for adults and larger riders in general. The M1P really seems like the Honda Groms electric equivalent, it may not go as fast but you don’t need an M license which is a plus so all your family and friends can enjoy the fun. So far I only put about 15 miles on it but I have to say it’s an extremely peaceful & smooth ride. It may only go 37-40mph depending on the riders weight, but it really does feel like you are going quicker. To finish off my review I also want to add that the biggest plus for me is that you can purchase just about any replacement part if you ever need serious repairs later on in time. This was a huge factor for me and knowing I can buy all the components is a relief. And since it’s electric it’s all very straightforward and simpler to do. Thank you to the Eahora team! A lot of fun to ride! These went together pretty easily, very impressed with a lot of the features on these bikes. They are basically small motorcycles. Switched out handlebars on one for a different look, pretty easy to do (7/8”). Would definitely recommend them.

    • My Experience with the Electrical Motorcycle - Quality Concerns

I would like to take a moment to share my experience with the electric motorcycle I purchased in May 2022. While there were indeed positive aspects to my journey, a series of challenges emerged that I believe warrant attention. It's worth noting that I reside in the northern part of Illinois, where motorcycle riding is ideal during late spring, summer, and mid-fall. Upon the motorcycle's arrival, I was immediately captivated by its design and appearance. The compact packaging, with the entire machine neatly fitted into a single box, was genuinely impressive. Excitedly, I embarked on the assembly process, which, although relatively smooth, revealed a minor issue with one component—the gas tank look-alike—that seemed to have sustained damage during shipping. My initial interaction with your customer service team proved to be a positive surprise. Their responsiveness and prompt attention to the issue were commendable. Within a week, I had a replacement part in my possession, and I must say that the level of customer care during this initial phase left a lasting positive impression on me. Another challenge resurfaced due to local government registration complications arising from the electric motorcycle's unique nature. Another encounter with customer service team was prompted when I needed specific documentation for registration and acquiring a license plate. Once again, the team's swift response and assistance in providing the necessary paperwork were greatly appreciated. These positive interactions serve as a testament to your commitment to customer satisfaction. As I began using the motorcycle, I relished every opportunity to embark on rides. The sense of joy and liberation it brought during the warm months, spanning from June to September 2022, was unparalleled. However, as the colder seasons approached, the motorcycle found temporary shelter in my garage, where I adhered to recommended charging practices, ensuring its well-being throughout the fall and winter months. Fast-forward to May 2023, and the motorcycle was poised for another season of adventures. Yet, my excitement was short-lived as I encountered a disconcerting issue. Following the new season first ride, was short-lived, the motorcycle abruptly came to a halt. Upon inspection, I was disheartened to discover that the wires connecting the battery had melted, rendering the head connector irreparable. I promptly reached out to customer service, sharing images and explaining the situation. While the initial response was prompt, subsequent attempts to address the issue proved less effective. Despite receiving replacement wires and connectors, the underlying problem persisted. Seeking professional guidance, a consulted mechanic confirmed that the wire quality was inadequate for the battery's power requirements. It's crucial to emphasize that my intent in sharing this narrative is not to assign blame or criticize, but rather to provide insights into my experience. The consistently impressive level of customer service I received indicates a genuine concern for customers. However, it is my belief that the quality of the wiring components fell short of the battery's power demands. This concern was further compounded by the mechanic's apprehension about the potential fire hazard posed by the melted wires, which was deeply unsettling and dangerous. Unfortunately, since my last interaction with the seller and the receipt of replacement wires, I have not received further communication. In light of these ongoing issues, I had to make the difficult decision to part ways with the motorcycle, as the recurrent wire and connector problems rendered it inoperable. As a result, the motorcycle now resides in a dumpster. The mechanic's emphasis on the potential safety hazard posed by the melted wires was a concern I felt compelled to highlight. It's disheartening that a visually appealing machine and the responsive customer service are ultimately overshadowed by these challenges. As a consumer, I am regretful about the amount spending and compelled to share my experience through this review. Ideally, prior knowledge of these issues might have prevented me from investing my resources. First of , I just want to say that when you buy this bike they have a representative in part of the company helping you through the whole process from delivery to your home and if you need reg papers or any questions etc and so far the lady I've gotten has been good thus far , I bought mine for work , I work 17 miles out , so I make 17 miles to and 17 miles from . The bike has 3 gear modes second gear on full charge and flat and dragless land will yield a 37 miles per hour and 45ish max on third gear on full charge , I was going to buy this e bike with shorter yet similar handle bars to this bike but ticket price on amazon was slightly cheaper but ended up being more expensive than the other after taxes and shipping so for slightly more power , 2000W vs1000W in the motor , it was a no Brainer , the bike came to me where all I had to setup was the front tire and fender and handle bars , my bike unlike some others online have claimed there handle bars are loose when assembled, I have no issues yet , the bike comes with side view mirrors left and right turn signals on front and back of the bike , a RemovableLithium-IonBattery and can be charge using charger on the bike or straight to the battery itself. a place for you're licence plate , hazard lights as well as brake lights and a horn and they throw in a cellphone holder with a wire pre-installed for usb a power on the cellphone mount , there are foot rests on either side that can swing in and out and the tires are tubeless vacuum tires , the good thing to is the original site has parts so if you ever need them down the road , my path to work is pretty much all straight forward and although there isn't a big incline , it does reach some higher level altitudes in some areas and as I mostly use second gear it ends up dropping only 2 to 3 miles per hour of speed give or take depending how much momentum i have, all in all this was a great buy if your planning on purchasing one for you're self , also , it come in a variety of colors as well as more for the m1ps model witch is basically just the same bike with difrent model number , the bike takes off on a dime and the brakes are very responsive I just love ridding down the road ... show more
