The media could not be loaded. I have a floor jack in my trunk and takes up a lot of space, where if I had a flat, I want to change it quick. However, a friend told me about this electric jack, really good specs, and worked great for him, so decided to give it a try. I was not dissappointed, the jack saved me, big time, right when I needed it the most. First off, the jack comes in a case and not a bad size either and fits half the size of my other one, and to the back of my trunk to. The other thing is, I tried it out the next day where I had a flat on the highway and wow, was it a busy one. For first hand, this jack does the job, and not a bad speed either. The part that came in just as handy was that electric impact wrench that just wizzed those lug nuts off. I have to say, the whole taking the old tire off and putting a new one on, took me about six minutes. And that was well worth the money spent. It also has an air compressor which also came in handy because my spare was low as well. So the device did the whole job, did it reasonably quick and had me going on down the road, with little down time, in my book. This is an all around excellent product, well worth the money! I first tested the air compressor to inflate my bike wheels. Took about 3 seconds to fill them from flat! Tested the jack and impact wrench on my truck, lifted up and down easily, and the impact wrench took the lug nuts off no problem, even without loosening them before jacking the vehicle. Was about to rotate my tires quickly! One thing to note about the impact wrench is that you might want to get actual impact sockets, the ones it comes with will strip over time with all that torque applied to them. I also had a minor issue and contacted the company, they were able to get me sorted out quickly, customer service was amazing! Good company, good product, can't go wrong! Oh, and it's also very portable, doesn't take up much room in the trunk at all! ... show more

This kit is a real life saver as far as what it can do for a stranded motorist. The hydraulic jack works as described and the impact gun also. The flashlights in the unit were a genius idea and the air pump is great also as you can set the desired pressure and it stops when completed. They even put velcro on the bottom of the case to prevent sliding around in the cargo area of your vehicle. This is one of the best items I've ever spent money on and highly recommend for anyone who is on the road often and is looking for something for just those times you need a service station, you can be your own. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this to make it easier to change a flat or just working on the car. I have a 2006 Audi. I had to remove the front driver side tire so I used this hydraulic jack. When I reached the height I needed, the jack slowly lowered itself. I tried 3 more times and got the same result so I jacked it up again with it and had to put a jack stand under the car while I did the work. They need to add a jack stand to the recommended options because someone can be hurt or worse off, can be killed if you don't watch it drift down. Car weighs 4696 ibs. so it is not over the 5 ton rating of the jack. And I was only lifting the front drivers side. In the video, watch how slow it decends by watching my thumb. ... show more
