(1 of 6) chairs has a poor quality alignment issue with the way it was machined. I could not get it to seat flush and tighten one of the screws all the way. However, I do like the comfortable cushions. It is a low back type of seat so don’t expect to comfortably slouch, lean back, and loosen your belt after eating a bunch of food. I’ll start by saying the shopping was fast! Arrived in 2 days when initial delivery date was 5 to 7 days. Easy assemble which is part of the reason why I gave this product 5 stars. Chairs are light weight? Instructions are straight forward and assembly takes less than 20mins. I purchased these chairs bc I needed a seat for my vanity. I really like the colors, style, easy assembly, and that you can adjust the height of the feets, however it’s not as comfortable as I would like. the seat depth is eaten by the curved back so im forced to be seated at the edge and now the edge is becoming deformed. Edited to give 5 stars because the seller was quick to make it right. My dining room is perfect and exactly what I wanted. The chairs are nice, the metal is solid, and they are exactly what I wanted, however, 1 chair is defective. 1. The burn holes meant to open the material for the screw in one of the backrests are messed up. It looks like the manufacturer burned a hole in the wrong places and now there are extra burn holes that are not covered up by the frame. Not sure how this passed QC. 2. The end caps on both ends of one leg piece are hammered in sideways so they did not go in all of the way leaving a tacky gap and the making the chair wobble more than I can correct by lengthening the other 2 legs. 3. There is a tear in another one of the head rests. (I can stitch it but not the quality I was expecting.) 4. Debris everywhere from the powder coating. It’s like black coarse sand all over my living room. Have your vacuum ready. I love the chairs except the one that I put all of the defective parts on. All I want is just this one chair replaced. Since I got 3 good chairs I gave it 3 stars for now. Will update/change if seller makes this right. 1 more star if I get 1 more great chair (and return the defective one), and another star based on how easily the seller makes that happen. ... show more
