The product wasn't hard to assemble, there were some not specific instructions at the end to put the gray cloth for sirting. In the pictures the cushion is black and is adjustable to the chair, in the package you only get one big white cushion. I am not that sure about the comfort of the product, I think if you sit on the cushion is comfortable but its weird in general. My husband and I love this set and surprisingly it’s very comfortable! We could lounge in these for hours because of the ergonomic design. However, putting it together seemed a bit frustrated for my husband because a few of the screw holes were closed and the instructions weren’t clear. Luckily the holes we couldn’t use didn’t affect the design so we just ignored it and decided to keep them as is to avoid the hassles of taking it apart, returning it, and waiting for a replacement. ... show more
