I've logged 2 hours on hold to speak with support for a total of 20 min talking to them, an hour going and coming to pickup a part for the brand new generator, an hour and a half trying to get it to start, and all for no solution. I completely regret the decision to go with duromax. I've owned and operated dozens of generators as a professional builder and catastrophe responder.
