Kit includes faceplate with screen, moisture barrier, aluminum flex, and two clamps. Allows fresh air into an existing pellet stove installation that had been using inside air. Allows an installer to decide the best possible location for the air intake vent, not the same location as the wall thimble.

This was super easy to install. The pieces fit together without any issue. The pipe felt very sturdy and well made. I have been using my pellet stove a few times and have not had any leaks. It is pricy but worth every penny. Just beware, the hanger that attached the pipe to the wall is short. You may have to build it out for clearance away from the wall. ... show more

This is exactly what I was looking for! I bought a vent knit from the Tractor Supply last year and it ripped as soon as I took it out of the box. I was able to repair it with some duct tape but it ripped again when I moved my stove to clean it. I spent quite a bit time looking for a quality replacement. I went as far as going to auto parts stores. Unable to find anything I decided to take a chance on this product and I'm glad I did. This thing really changed how my pellet stove ran. It gets up to temperature very quickly to the point where we are only running it for 2 to 3 hours at a time. On top of that we are using less pellets.

    • Much nicer than the ones that come with stoves
When we first purchased this it was because we chose a stove that did not come packaged with one. Ended up going with a different stove that did have a vent included, but it was cheap looking and didn't come with the trim. We ended up using this one and very glad we did. Construction is much better and it is finished with trim rather than having to go out and purchase more stuff! Easy, universal fit. ... show more
