He can remove one to make it a 4-subject notebook, and he can move the others - not every section has to have the same number of pages. I love this notebook, it has so much space for my 4 classes and it stays organized because of the labels they have. I also love how it comes with the removable folders, it saved me money on having to buy a binder for my paperwork and hand outs. I would definitely be buying these again.
