Let me preface this by saying I searched high and low for reasonably priced, cute, and sturdy chairs. Everything I found was 2/3, these are 3 for 3!! Took my husband and I approximately 30 mins to do all 8 chairs. There were a few chairs that had damaged legs (box was broken upon delivery, bad handling). The seller immediately corrected the issue by sending new legs. We have used them now many times and all our friends comment on how comfortable they are as well as how cute they are!     • Do not buy....Defective Dining Chairs

The chairs came in and we did not assemble immediately. We were waiting on our new dining table. Once installed the chairs were okay. I was not in love with them but I did not dislike them either. Once we assembled we begin using about 2 weeks ago 8/19. The chairs legs are not sturdy. They are spreading apart and the bolts are loose. I contacted the seller to advise and I was told that I have to pay for shipment of new legs that I requested. This is unacceptable! They know there product is defective. Please save your money and purchase from someone else. The customer service is absolutely terrible! I usually do not write bad reviews but this is beyond unacceptable. ... show more

These chairs are under-rated! I'd give it 10 stars if I could! They're much better quality than the set of chairs I bought at Jeromes that cost me almost 2 thousand dollars sitting in the dining hall (not so comfy btw)... anyways I needed chairs for my kitchen table that was comfy enough to sit on for long hours and bumped onto this as I was looking at a different one....I was hesitant due to the pic and the review I saw....The base of the chairs screw... so if it's lose like someone's pic review just screw it back on! Ez-pz! It took me literally under 20 mins to assemble all 4 chairs without my husband's help. Phenomenal packagingπŸ‘Œchairs were individually protected and wrapped with foam and plastic! Chairs are padded, soft velvety, & comfy! True to its color! Best part is! The legs are metal very durable! It will be able to handle my 6 ft 235 lbs husband! We were skeptical about buying chairs online however, these seemed to have overall good reviews. The shipping time was not bad. While we expeceted them being a warm but darker red tone based on the images, what we recieved was definately a deep cooler toned burgandy. While the color was very disappointing it wasn't a deal breaker until, we started to assemble. We got the first chair together, super easy looked okay. We moved to the next chair and could not put it together because the whole located on the underside of the chair was not drilled through all the way! So before we unwrapped the next chair, we inspected it through the plastic and it had the same issue! It looks like they may be a little off on the drilling too. It is just very disappointing, since we were willing to deal with the color being on the cooler side of burgandy vs a warmer red. I used the Amazon messanger to contact the company, so we shall see if there is a light side to this purchase. ... show more

Delivered at my front door (10:30AM) earlier than scheduled. Did not come with a manual or instructions, but it had stickers to indicate how to assemble the legs on the bottom of each chair. My husband and teenage son assembled all 4 chairs. Beautiful velvety fabric. Simply elegant. Very comfortable and sturdy. Height is just right. Quality of materials are better than I expected. Extremely satisfied and happy! Overall, I highly recommend these dinning chairs. I might buy another set. Burgundy. Heck. I'm considering buying another set for my twin sister, too! Thank you seller. So I have been back and forth for days with the seller regarding these chairs. The box arrived quickly but none of the chair had proper threaded inserts to attach the legs. I quickly contacted the seller and sent the above photos as proof out of 4 chairs NOT 1 was usable. They were quick to respond requesting more photos which I provided then they offered to send me new one and accept my return well surprise surprise I print the return label and while doing so read the fine print which states I am responsible for paying for the return of their defective product. Let just say I am anything but happy with this experience. I will give an update should new chairs be received or anything change. Update: they have contacted me and advised that I will not need to pay for the return of the defective chairs. Waiting for the new ones to arrive. ... show more
