First I would like to say that this wine refrigerator is the most affordable for its tall large size in all my research I have done. It is also a beautiful addition to our designer wine cellar/cave tasting room. We love the technology of it especially with the dual temperature zones and wooden shelving. It is front vented so you can build it into a tight area which makes it look very custom and high end, which is what we did. I had a few questions for the customer and support team and was truly amazed by the speed and quality of the communication. They are truly a great team and deserve your business as well as do not take advantage of their customers. Delivery was awesome. Set up was a breeze. Fit right into the area we needed. Hold most of my wine. Only issue is some bottles are a booger to fit in. The shelves do slide out to get access to the back, but a few vitners are using bottles that are thicker and larger than average. So I have to remove a few shelves. Nice fridge but beware when unpacking. Unknown to us, the fridge only comes with three of the four feet attached so, after carrying it up the stairs, we set it down on the hardwood floor and slid it about a foot. Because the foot was missing, it left a huge gouge in our floor and stripped off the finish. I’m not sure why they wouldn’t attach all four feet - the fourth was just in a package in the both. Super disappointed about the flooring but with that aside, it’s a nice fridge and looks good. ... show more
