I rated the camera 5 stars. I received a camera and found that it did not work when it was attached to the car or usb port on my computer. I corresponded via e-mail with the company and they were able through videos provided and explanation of what I had tried it was determined the camera was faulty. They immediately sent a new camera to replace the original. Upon receiving the new camera is worked great. It was very easy to set up and operate. The little clips to tuck the cord away do not stick at all. Had to buy replacement ones

On more than one occasion I tried to review footage that this camera should have captured only to find it wasn't recording. The last time I used it someone hit me and totalled my car. I got blamed for the wreck. If the camara was recording it would have shown what happened, but again, it wasn't recording. I do NOT recommend this dash cam at all. I also noticed Amazon has marked it as an item that is frequently returned. I wish I had returned it and gotten a better one. ... show more

If you are looking for a simple dash cam for your car, this one does the trick with dual lenses (front and back). The only thing so far that I maybe wish were a little different would be the control buttons that are on the very bottom of this device. It's no big deal, however. With my previous dash cam, I used to place it right there atop the dashboard because the suction cup would always detach from the glass about once a month.     • NO LOOP RECORDING
Camera works well and as advertised, with the notable exception of loop recording. The camera WILL NOT rewrite over old video files once you fill up your SD card, it will simply stop recording. This can be disastrous if you forget to clear your SD card and end up in an accident, only to realize the camera was not recording. There is no setting in the camera to turn on loop recording. It was a good quality product, when I shook it nothing sounded loose inside of the product. Also the installation instructions were do easy to understand and the item itself was easy to install.
