I was going to originally return this printer when I was unable to use it when I first got it but they were willing to work with me to fix the printing issues so I kept it. The printer has been leaking ink since August 21st. They refused to replace it but kind of demanded that we found where the leak was and fix it. So my daughter who is also my business partner took the printer apart and found the leak or at least what they said the leak was. We thought we fixed it. We printed one picture and during the process of printing it the printer started leaking again. Now they want us to take it apart again so they can see where it is leaking so their engineers can send out a replacement part that we will have to install. Originally I wanted a complete refund. Mind you we’ve had nothing but problems since we received it but I have been asking them to replace it. They keep wanting to give me free ink and paper. I need a new printer. I purchased it the end of May and have had problem after problem. I have lost so much money not being able to print. I believe this is a one off but they can see there is a problem and they aren’t willing to replace the problem. ... show more

I could not get the printer installed initially, but customer service was able to install. The printer is not compatible with my antivirus program. Had to uninstall antivirus in order to install printer. Was not a good idea. My computer kept locking up if I tried to go to any sight. Would not let me proceed stating that I had acquired a virus. Tech support said I could not use my antivirus program. Had to uninstall the printer. ... show more

I was skeptical about chasing since the price seemed a little too good to be true. However, the product works perfectly. There is a learning curve even from someone who has many other types of printers, however the support offered was incredible to fine tune setup!

Ordered this printer after seeing the glowing reviews (which I am starting to think are paid or bots) and spent HOURS trying to get it functioning. The setup is all from a USB dongle, went through it 3 times, and nothing, the film would move, the printer would make noise, not print. Ran the tests on the printer, tests work fine. You can't find the company online, its some Chinese company, the address on Amazon is even in Chinese. Its an almost two thousand dollar paperweight. Returning for a refund as this thing simply does not work. As for all the "great support" comments, where? Where is the support because that certainly wasn't my experience. ... show more
