It is small, lightweight, but it appears to be a little bulky looking. Overall it works well utilizing a charging cable. It's an easy install with velcro. These little lights are small enough to attach to the back arms of my Potensic Atom drone. I used the 3 M “hook and loop” tape provided and they stay on the drone with no problem. I leave them attached all the time and don’t try to remove them even for charging. I also have the Potensic RID module mounted on top of my ATOM and with the RID and 2 of these lights the drone weight is 274 grams. It has to be registered ($5 at FAA.gov) because of the weight; but I’m a Part 107 pilot so all my drones have to be registered anyway except for flying in a FRIA. I think just one light would probably take you over the 250 grams, however. I use two, one red and one green for each rear arm. These lights are really useful for being able to keep visual contact with the drone. The ATOM is pretty small and can be very hard to keep your eye on it. These lights can be set for white, red, or green and they can be set to solid, slow blink, or strobe. They are very good, recharge quickly (USB C) and I can highly recommend them for small drones. ... show more

If you're going to fly your drone at dusk or dark you need these. I've ordered sets for all of my drones and, while I don't often fly at night, I've found a few times that I've needed to fly as sunset approached. These lights are easy to install, easy to set up and operate, and definitely are easy to see from a distance. These strobes are the best ones out there! They’re tiny, just a circuit board with a battery inside a clear shrink tubing. They charge super fast and last a long time. And they’re so bright! Bought a 3 pack and be careful turning them on because they are so bright you'll see spots lol. Hadn't got a chance to test them fully but will update if I find any issues. I think they'll be a great easy addition to your street league race quads for an easy LED spec of they are not too bright and blind other pilots.
