I have used PP woven material like this before, so this complaint is legit. 1. Ends were frayed and unravelling upon opening package. 2. End was cut unevenly, several inches uneven. Sloppy job cutting the end. I would have returned this product, except I was in a pinch and needed something fast (and the greenhouse supply company was sold out).
