Set up was so easy I almost wondered if I even did it right before attempting to use. Its super straight forward and works as intended. The flow speed isn't anything to brag about, but not an issue for me personally. The battery lasts me over a week with frequent use. Honestly though the two button system is kinda eh, I thought it would be convenient, but more often the button under the spout gets in the way more than its useful, since the red button is a single tap for constant flow, and a single tap to stop. My one qualm is that once I finish dispensing water I have to wait about a minute or two. After the pressure equalized in the line, it spit out water. So if I remove my cup, it spirts water all over the "shelf" that holds your containers. My worry is that water could get in through the white button and potentially ruin the device. So any time I fill a container I let it sit there for a few minutes after I shut off the pump. Or a turn the metal part of the dispenser 180° and let it spit into the sink. If it wasn't for the water spitting after equalization in the hose, I'd totally give it a 5/5 ... show more

Actually I didn’t know how to use it for first time but today I figure it out and is very easy and simple to use you put the cup on the platform and just lift it up and the water stop my son likes it very easy to use I will keep both orders I made I recon and this is very easy to use

It is genius to make a table there. Battery capacity looks good to me. I cannot even find a drawback. Maybe the flow is slow-ish, but it is like with any electric pump I've seen.
